By submitting this roster, our school confirms:
1. Consents and information — our responsibility, not Prism's. Our school takes full responsibility for collecting all necessary information and consent from our students and their parents or guardians, including consent for their participation and for the personal data we submit to Prism on their behalf. Prism holds no responsibility for anything that goes wrong because we failed to obtain proper consent or authorisation. (Terms and Conditions, clause 9.3(a))
2. If we're wrong about that, we cover it. If it turns out we didn't actually have a parent's consent, or submitted a student's data without authority, our school will cover any claim, loss, or cost Prism faces as a result — including a claim a parent or student brings against Prism. (clause 22 — indemnity by schools)
3. This roster is accurate. Every student listed is a real person, genuinely enrolled in the grade stated. If anything here is false or misleading, Prism may cancel the affected entry without a refund and void any resulting score. (clauses 4.5 and 9.3(b))
4. We'll brief parents and students before the sitting. We will tell parents and students, before the day of the sitting, that this entry has been made and what's expected of them, including the conduct rules in clause 8 (no help from anyone, no calculators or extra devices, no leaving the room without permission, and so on). If a student turns up not knowing the rules, that's on us. (clause 9.3(c))
5. We'll keep credentials secure until the sitting. We will hold each student's login credentials securely and hand them out only at the time of the sitting, not before. Credentials shared early, lost, or given to the wrong student are our responsibility. (clause 9.3(d))
6. We're paying for the full roster, sitting or not. Our school is liable for the fee for every student on this list, whether or not they actually sit the paper. Dropping a student after registration is governed by the cancellation terms in clauses 7.3–7.4, it isn't a free edit to the roster. (clause 9.7)
7. Authority and full agreement. I am authorised to register these students and enter into this agreement on behalf of the school, and I have read and agree to the full Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
